Highly volatile, explosive substances like biogas can only be stored in containers that offer the maximum safety. Covers for gas tanks made of VALMEX® enviro pro are ideally suited for this due to the special fabric structure and conform to stringent safety standards. In the biogas industry, membranes made of VALMEX® enviro pro are used, among other things, as interior membranes in dual membrane designs.

VALMEX® enviro pro is also used for covers of biogas fermenters, seals and covers for biosludge and for communal and industrial sewage containers. The material is particularly resistant to agricultural waste products. Its very high impermeability to gas prevents unpleasant odours during the required temporary storage of fermentable raw materials.
